Doodle Drop Official Rules

1. Sponsor

Doodle Drops are run by Doodle Jones Designs, San Antonio, Texas (“we,” “us”). [For legal review: legal business name, entity type, and mailing address.]

2. What you are buying

Each Doodle Drop sticker costs $3.00 and is one Doodle Jones sticker. You are paying for the sticker, and you will receive it. Every sticker purchased includes one bonus entry into that Doodle Drop’s bonus prize selection. You may buy up to 30 stickers per order.

3. Who can take part

Bonus entries are open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of purchase. [For legal review: confirm excluded states, if any, and whether employees and household members of Doodle Jones Designs are excluded.]

4. How each Doodle Drop works

• Each Doodle Drop has 30 stickers. When we open a drop, it appears on the Doodle Drops page.
• A bonus entry counts once its order is paid. PayPal and card payments count right away. Zelle and Cash App orders count once we confirm the payment.
• If an order is canceled or a sticker is refunded, its bonus entry is removed.
• A drop is sold out when all 30 stickers are purchased. [For legal review: what happens if a drop does not sell out, or if we need to close a drop early, and whether the bonus winner may then be selected from the paid entries received.]

5. How the bonus winner is chosen

When a drop is sold out and every order in it is paid, our website automatically selects one bonus entry at random using a secure random number generator. Each paid bonus entry has the same likelihood of being selected, so a person with more stickers has more bonus entries. The selection is recorded with the winning order number and the entry number.

6. The prize

The bonus winner chooses one of the following: (a) one Ready to Ship tumbler available on our website when the prize is claimed, or (b) one custom tumbler designed with us. The prize ships free to the winner’s US address. The prize can’t be exchanged for cash. [For legal review: approximate retail value of the prize for each drop, and any limits on custom requests.]

7. Winner notification and claim

The bonus winner is shown on the drop board by TikTok @handle (or first name and last initial) and is emailed at the address on the winning order with a private link to claim the prize. 8. Taxes

The winner is responsible for any taxes on the prize. [For legal review: confirm tax language.]

9. Names and privacy

By buying a Doodle Drop sticker, you agree that your TikTok @handle (if you give one) or your first name and last initial may appear on the public drop board and in announcements of the bonus winner. We handle your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Platforms

Doodle Drops are not sponsored, endorsed, or run by TikTok, PayPal, or any other platform.

11. General

We may disqualify orders that appear fraudulent or that break these rules. These rules are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. [For legal review: limitation of liability, dispute resolution, and how changes to these rules are announced.]
