These terms apply when you use this website or buy from Doodle Jones Designs, a small handmade shop based in San Antonio, Texas. By placing an order, you agree to these terms along with our Shipping, Returns & Refunds, and Privacy policies.

Handmade products

Every piece is made by hand, so small variations in color, pattern, and finish are normal and part of the charm. Photos show the actual piece or a close example; colors may look different on different screens.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars. We accept PayPal (including cards through PayPal), Zelle, and Cash App. Orders paid by Zelle or Cash App are placed on hold until payment is received; if we don’t receive payment within a reasonable time, we may cancel the order. We do our best to keep prices and availability accurate, and if there’s an error we’ll contact you before your order is processed.

Custom orders

We confirm your custom design with you before production, and production begins after you approve it. Please check spelling, names, and dates carefully — we make what you approve. We may decline a request at our discretion, including designs that use logos, characters, or artwork you don’t have the rights to use. By sending us photos or artwork, you confirm you have the right to share them with us for your order.

Shipping, returns, and refunds

Doodle Drops

Doodle Drop stickers are sold for $3 each, and every sticker includes a bonus entry for that drop. Bonus entries and prizes are governed by the Doodle Drop official rules.

Our designs

All original designs, photos, and content on this site belong to Doodle Jones Designs. Please don’t copy or reuse them without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total responsibility for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that item.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted here when you place your order applies to that order.
