Privacy Policy
How Doodle Jones Designs collects and uses your information.
Last updated: October 29, 2026
Doodle Jones Designs (“we,” “us”) is a small handmade shop based in San Antonio, Texas. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit our website, place an order, join a Doodle Drop, or contact us, and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Order details: your name, email, phone number, billing and shipping address, the items you buy, and any notes you add at checkout.
- Custom requests and messages: anything you send through our forms, including photos or artwork you upload.
- Doodle Drops: the TikTok @handle you choose to give us at checkout when you buy a Doodle Drop sticker.
- Technical data: basic information your browser sends (like IP address and device type) and cookies needed to run the cart and checkout.
How we use it
- To make, ship, and support your order.
- To reply to your messages and design your custom pieces.
- To run Doodle Drops, including showing your name or @handle on the public Doodle Drops board and contacting winners.
- To keep our website secure and working properly.
- To meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
Payments
Card and PayPal payments are processed by PayPal — we never see or store your full card number. If you pay by Zelle or Cash App, the payment is handled by that service, and we see the details it shares with us (such as your name and the amount). Their own privacy policies apply.
Who we share it with
We don’t sell your personal information. We share it only with services that help us run the shop — such as our website host, payment processors, and shipping carriers — and only as needed to do their job, or when required by law.
Cookies
Our site uses cookies that are needed for things like keeping items in your cart and completing checkout. You can control cookies in your browser settings, but the cart and checkout may not work without them.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as needed for our business, tax, and legal obligations, and other information only as long as it’s useful for the purposes above.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information by contacting us. We may need to keep some records (such as order history) where the law requires it.
Children
Our shop isn’t directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their personal information.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top shows when it last changed.
