Shipping Policy

Flat $15 shipping

Shipping is a flat $15 per order to addresses in the United States — no matter how many cups are in your cart.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only. If you’re outside the US and have your heart set on a cup, send us a message and we’ll see what we can do.

Processing times

• Ready to Ship pieces are already made and typically leave our studio within a few business days after your payment is received.
• Custom pieces are made to order. We start once you’ve approved your design and your payment is received, and we’ll give you an estimated timeline when we confirm your design.
• Busy seasons (like the holidays) can take a little longer — we’ll always keep you posted.
• Orders paid by Zelle or Cash App are placed on hold until we receive your payment.

Tracking

When your order ships, we’ll send tracking information to the email address on your order.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us right away — we can update it if your order hasn’t shipped yet. We can’t be responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Damaged or lost packages

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and the packaging. See our Returns & Refunds policy for details. If tracking shows no movement for an unusually long time, reach out and we’ll work with the carrier to track it down.

Doodle Drop stickers and prizes

Orders with only Doodle Drop stickers ship free. If your order also includes a cup, the regular flat $15 rate covers everything. Doodle Drop prizes ship at no charge to the winner.
